Objective
stevens E3's mandate was to design and build an attractive and functional exhibit while ensuring graphic presentation portrayed Babcock Canada at the top of their industry, depicting state of the art technology and expertise. Private meeting areas were essential for confidentiality. A separate and distinct storage area was required for refreshments and collateral material, to manage activities within the booth space without interrupting important meetings. Multiple media kiosks were needed to provide important information to attendees.
Solution
stevens E3 created a custom exhibit based around the activities required by Babcock. An area within the core of the booth was designed with a hallway and 2 meeting rooms to provide privacy and reduced noise level for comprehensive and uninterrupted discussions. Large format graphics above the booth, with the Babcock branding, attracted attention from a distance. A reception counter was placed front-and-center to greet and direct attendees within the booth space. Facing towards the aisles were lightweight, seamless large format fabric graphics and media kiosks providing interest and information connected with attendees, and encouraging direct engagement with Babcock personnel.
