Columbia Sportswear

30 x 35 modular exhibit

Objective

The client wished to create an exhibit that took advantage of available height for branding and leave large open spaces for merchandising. A change room was also required for attendees to try on clothing, as sales would take place within the booth during the show hours. Effective lighting was required to ensure good visibility and attractive colour representation for clothing. The client requested a large video screen to run product videos.

Solution

Stevens designed the exhibit using a simple Octanorm backbone framework from which fabric extrusion could be attached, thereby allowing for huge graphics to be seamlessly printed and installed into the frames. The result was massive branding graphics that weighed just a few pounds each. The system solution allowed us to inexpensively install locking doors for access to storage and change rooms, slatwall for merchandising, and support for the installation of an 80 inch monitor in front of the cashiers desk. LED lighting washed the wall, and a hanging sign suspended from the front of the exhibit helped to deliniate the exhibit area. Client supplied merchandisers were used throughout the booth space to help display clothing for prospective buyers.
