Objective
Provide exhibit fabrication services in Florianopolis, Brazil at the Futurecom show. Taking advantage of Stevens E3’s International Project Management division, Comverse wanted to work with us to facilitate a trade event they wished to attend in Brazil, in order to strengthen their presence within South America. The exhibit was to have a lounge, a reception/greeting area, a small kitchenette, and a private air conditioned meeting area where meetings could occur.
Solution
A large reception area with a small food and beverage serving area were build into the front of the exhibit to compliment the lounge off to the left end of the environment. Corporate colours and finishes in harmony with international standards set by Comverse were used within the exhibit environment, and an air conditioned conference room accessed through a solid frosted glass entrance door allowed for private conversations. stevens E3 worked with our trusted Brazilian partner to manage the construction of this project to fit the design provided.
