Objective

Design and prepare an exhibit that would be used in a high profile global banking show that would take place in Toronto, Canada. Create a professional image utilizing corporate branding, and allowing for both private and public meeting spaces to be utilized. Client wished to be able to demonstrate web-based products on iPads located within the booth as well as show corporate videos and product demonstrations.

 

Solution

Keeping brand imagery top of mind, stevensE3 developed a design that allowed for private meeting space, yet left visibility such that the space would not appear smaller for having enclosed spaces. Several meeting spaces were incorporated into the relatively small space allowing for multiple conversations to happen simultaneously. Stevens also utilized the maximum allowable 4m in height to create distance branding. The design of the exhibit appeared in a highly professional presentation through the use of linear aluminum construction, clear acrylic paneling, professional furniture, and decorative, yet simple finishes. The raised floor also became a key feature, allowing a separation from the show floor.
