20 x 30 Rental Island Exhibit
Objective
Design a Rental Exhibit with a strong Medicalis branding to attract attention across the exhibit hall. An open and spacious layout was needed to accommodate high volume of attendees and multiple presentation areas within the booth space. A secure server room was also required for housing computers and equipment, as well as additional storage space. Flexibility was a key element as the exhibit is to be used at multiple shows requiring different brand messages.
Total turnkey solution needed, from creative development of the design, to production, installation and dismantle.
Solution
Stevens E3 designed a streamlined and attractive custom/modular rental exhibit, showcasing the Medicalis branding for graphic colours and style. The booth components and layout were kept functional, emphasising traffic flow and leaving ample room for Medicalis staff and show attendees. The Server Room was designed using the small space efficiently, ensuring proper air circulation and cord management. High impact Graphics, printed on a combination of fabric and rigid substrates, can be individually revised for future shows and target audiences.
StevensE3 staff staged the exhibit for the client prior to the show to ensure the exhibit was complete, managed the international logistics, installation, daily upkeep for the show duration, dismantle and return shipping.
