stevensE3 and our sister company Exhibit Connections wants to assure our industry peers, our clients and our suppliers that we are watching closely as the situation with COVID-19 continues to unfold globally. As part of our commitment to open and transparent communication, we want to continue to update you on the actions we are taking to safeguard our community and staff. The health and safety of each member of our community is our highest priority.
We have made the decision to close the office to all visitors, effective March 17, 2020, and those staff that can work from home, will be instructed to do so. Workloads have been reduced due to the cancellation of most major events globally, and resultantly, many of our staff will be on temporary layoff. We will have a skeleton crew available for client requests. Our phones will still be managed through automated attendant and you can reach your party through email and phone. This measure will be in place for the next several weeks. We will update you as more information becomes available.
We understand that things are changing faster than what we can manage, however we will continue to remain as flexible as possible during these times. We will continue to strive to work towards your deadlines and budget requirements on various projects. The team is also open to new dialogues with clients on how we can best assist you during this challenging time.

The organisation will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, and as your branding and signage specialist the company will continue to invest in its capabilities, suppliers, and equipment in order to assist clients as best we can during these difficult times.
As this situation is rapidly evolving, our policies and procedures may change faster than we can keep our clients and suppliers informed.
