stevensE3 was proud to have been announced the winning tender for the Government of Canada for a 2,100 sq. ft. pavilion to be used at the annual Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) Conference held in Toronto, Canada. The tender was a broken into two grading segments. Experience and Qualifications was worth 70 percent of the evaluation, while price was 30 percent of the evaluation. Of the three short-listed bidders, stevensE3 received a perfect score on experience and qualifications which ultimately lead to the successful award of contract. "We are extremely proud of our design time and the ability to develop creative design solutions within a given budget" says President, Cam Stevens. "We have built several Canadian Pavilions both here in Canada and abroad for close to twenty years, and we are very proud of how we help Canada in placing its best foot forward at conferences globally".
stevensE3 designed the exhibit to utilize the Maxima rental system they inventory, in combination with tensioned fabric graphics all produced in-house. Fabric graphics is a growing trend in the exhibition industry due to it's ease of use, and lightweight features. In an industry that charges by weight for freight arriving at the loading dock, the use of light weight componentry is important. This particular exhibit featured seamless graphics that were seventy feet in length and weighed mere pounds.
