Objective
Offered through a tender process, stevensE3 was provided with a scope from the Government of Canada for a pavilion that required flexible meeting space, various exhibitor kiosks, a theatre area, storage room, and a reception area. In addition highly visible branding was necessary to attract attendees to the pavilion space.
Solution
Scoring was based on specific percentages of design and pricing and stevensE3 was proud to have won this tender based on an overall design/pricing package that was the best value for Canada. stevensE3 designed an exhibit that took advantage of the speed and flexibility of system componentry with some custom elements integrated into the pavilion to allow for some individualization. Exhibitor kiosks offered an environment that included all technology components, visuals and seating areas by exhibitor. A theatre area was designed to allow for seating for 15 - 20 people at one time to hear and see presentations from exhibitor participants. A large bar area at the rear of the exhibit allowed several meetings to take place at one time. This is the 2nd year stevensE3 has constructed this pavilion for the Government of Canada and this year won the contract for an extended period.
