Cabinet Maker

Full-Time

London, ON

About The Position

As a Cabinet Maker, you’ll be part of our production team, building custom exhibits, cabinetry, display components and branded environments from detailed production drawings. Working alongside designers, project managers and fellow production staff, you’ll help transform creative ideas into finished products that represent clients across North America.

No two projects are the same. One week you may be building a reception counter for a trade show in Las Vegas, the next a custom display for a corporate environment or preparing rental inventory for multiple events. If you enjoy variety, craftsmanship and seeing your work come to life, you’ll enjoy this role.

A Typical Week May Include

  • Building custom cabinetry, display fixtures, exhibit components and branded environments.
  • Reading and interpreting production drawings to determine the most effective fabrication approach.
  • Operating woodworking equipment safely and efficiently, including table saws, sliding saws, CNC routers, edge banders, routers, sanders and other production equipment.
  • Collaborating with designers, project managers and teammates to solve production challenges.
  • Preparing completed projects for shipment throughout North America.
  • Assisting with quality control to ensure every project leaves our facility ready for installation.
  • Occasionally supporting exhibit installations or service work when additional production expertise is needed.

Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in cabinet making, millwork or custom fabrication.
  • Can read and interpret production drawings.
  • Has experience operating woodworking equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Has strong measuring, layout and problem-solving skills.
  • Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Is committed to maintaining a safe, organized workplace.
  • Is eager to continue learning and developing their skills.
  • Holds a valid G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
  • Is willing to obtain forklift certification (provided by stevensE3).
  • Has a valid Social Insurance Number and can legally work in Canada

Experience in the exhibit, commercial interiors or architectural millwork industry is an asset, but not required.

The Details

  • Regular work schedule is Monday through Friday.
  • Overtime is often available—and occasionally required—during busy production periods.
  • Evening and weekend work is sometimes required to meet client deadlines and trade show schedules.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support installations or service work.
  • This is an active role involving standing for extended periods, lifting materials and working safely in a production environment.

Trade shows don’t always happen during regular business hours. When our team goes the extra mile to meet client deadlines, we believe in recognizing that commitment.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in recognizing hard work, supporting our people and creating an environment where careers can grow. Along with competitive compensation, we offer:

  • Competitive wages based on experience and skills.
  • Health Spending Account.
  • Paid vacation and statutory holidays.
  • Complimentary dinner when working shifts of 12 hours or more.
  • Discretionary overtime bonuses during exceptionally busy production periods.
  • Discretionary year-end bonuses based on company performance and individual contribution.
  • Training, professional development and opportunities for career growth.
  • Additional recognition and team incentives throughout the year.
