About The Position
As an Exhibit Installer, you’ll help transform empty exhibit halls, event spaces and corporate environments into engaging brand experiences. Working with our installation team, you’ll assemble custom exhibits, rental displays and branded environments for clients across Canada, the United States and occasionally internationally.
As an Exhibit Installer, you’ll often be the face of stevensE3 onsite. Clients trust our installation teams to represent both our company and their brand with professionalism, attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done right.

A Typical Week May Include
- Installing and dismantling custom exhibits, rental displays and branded environments.
- Reading floor plans, assembly drawings and installation instructions.
- Loading, unloading and preparing exhibit materials for transportation.
- Installing cabinetry, graphics, lighting, flooring, audiovisual components and display elements.
- Working directly with clients, show organizers, labour crews and venue personnel to ensure a successful installation.
- Performing onsite service work, repairs and adjustments when required.
- Thinking creatively and solving problems when the unexpected happens.
- Representing stevensE3 with professionalism while helping clients showcase their brands.
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in exhibit installation, carpentry, millwork, construction or a related trade.
- Enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing quality work.
- Thinks creatively and enjoys solving problems when the unexpected happens.
- Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Communicates professionally with clients, venue staff, show contractors and teammates.
- Understands that every installation reflects both the stevensE3 brand and our client’s brand.
- Holds a valid passport and is able to travel to the United States and internationally.
- Holds a valid G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Is willing to obtain forklift certification (provided by stevensE3).
- Is willing to continue learning and developing new skills.
Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts or other material handling equipment is an asset.
The Details
- Travel throughout Canada, the United States and occasionally internationally is a regular part of this role.
- Overtime, evenings and weekend work are common and are driven by trade show schedules and client deadlines.
- Some assignments require overnight or multi-day travel.
- This is an active role involving lifting, climbing ladders, working at heights and safely handling exhibit materials and equipment.
- Flexibility, professionalism and teamwork are essential to success.
